Performance Management • Planning for performance • Setting Expectations and Goals • Performance Development • Giving effective feedback - Key Principles • Constructive criticism and praise • Performance Improvement Discussion & Essential Steps • When to develop and write a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) • Understanding the principles of effective discipline • Conducting effective performance appraisals
This course will run on the 11th & 12th October, 9:30am to 5:00pm each day.
