This intensive course has been specifically designed to provide a concise overview of Social Media Marketing (SMM) for the small business including:

• Tools and tactics to deliver social media marketing campaigns The main Web 2.0 applications (e.g. Youtube, Twitter)
• Twitter and implications for real time marketing
• Understanding how to use online video and tracking their returns
• Using Facebook for marketing events, LinkedIn and B2B marketing Measuring ROI with social media
• Real time brand monitoring using social media
• How to manage your online social relationships
• The future of social networking

 Participants are not required to have laptops, however it is highly recommended that they bring one along.  Participants will get a lot more out of the course if they can navigate to their own websites for practical exercises.
