South West Gnó Skillnet is a merger of two high performing networks, namely Killarney Training Network Skillnet (KTN) and Gaeltachtaí na Mumhan Skillnet (GNM), both based in Co. Kerry.

The management of Gaeltachtaí na Mumhan Skillnet would like to thank all those who participated in the recent TNA conducted by the network,

Specifically the following:

• The 274 companies that provided letters of commitment/support and completed questionnaires on their training requirements.

Comharchumann Forbartha Chorca Dhuibhne Teo., successful application to become a FETAC registered provider has been approved by the Council.

The network is now in a position to:

• offer awards from the FETAC (NCVA) system at levels 3 to 6 on the national Framework of Qualifications. 
• offer FETAC awards previously awarded by FÁS, Teagasc, CERT/NTCB (Fáilte Ireland)
• Contribute to the development of new modules and certificates within FETAC (NCVA) system
• Submit for validation programmes leading to new awards at levels 1 to 6 of the national Framework of Qualifications, as these become available.
