Assessment
Participants will be assessed on the Learning Outcomes throughout this programme and those who achieve the appropriate standard will be awarded a FETAC Level 6 Minor Award in Managing People. Candidates will be required to maintain a Learning Log throughout the programme with evidence to support the application of learning. This learning log will be formally assessed for FETAC accreditation.
